Based in Lancaster, PA. Our paratransit service can be scheduled by filling out the form below or calling us at 717-669-2574. Unique Cab is proud to offer paratransit services throughout Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties.
We offer non-emergency ride service Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our handicapped clients will enjoy a comfortable and friendly ride experience to medical appointments, therapy sessions, rehab, social events and more. Reservations for paratransit service are required at least twelve hours before the time service is required.

Paratransit Rates
Base Rate $85.00 one way*.
*Increment $4.85 for each additional mile of fraction thereof. Waiting $11.25 per 15 minutes of $45.00 per hour.
Rates are calculated based on mileage. Rates being at time of pick-up. All tolls, parking feed and other out-of-pocket expenses will be the responsibility of the ride and added to meter charges. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are equipped with a ramp or a lift.
Drivers will assist passengers into and out of the vehicles. All cabs will be identified with the company name, phone number and P.U.C. authority number.

Rules and regulations for paratransit services:
Advance Reservations:
Advance reservations may be made by phone to:717-669-2574 or on the website. Reservations can also be made on the Unique Cab website at
www.uniquecablancasterpa.com. Reservations required one day in advance or at least twelve (12) hours prior to the time service is required.
Waiting Time:
.75 cent per minute.
Additional Expenses:
All tolls, parking fees, and other out-of-pocket expenses will be the responsibility of the customer and added to meter charges.
Wheelchair Patrons:
Unique Cab wheel-chair accessible vehicles are equipped with a ramp or a lift. Drivers will assist passengers into and out of the vehicle in wheel-chair accessible vans.
Customer Complaints:
All Unique Cab vehicles will contain in written form, information for the customer regarding the procedure for complaints to management and/or the P.U.C.
Unique Cab, LLC Identification:
All cabs will be identified with the company name, phone number and P.U.C. authority number.
